이 연구의 목적은 국내 태권도장에서 지도자들이 도장 활성화를 위해서 활용하고 있는 방법들 을 수집하고, 수집한 자료를 토대로 태권도장 활성화를 위한 중요 요인을 탐색하는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 310명의 태권도 지도자와 13명의 태권도 이론 및 도장 전문가를 선정하였다. 개방형 설문을 제작해서 태권도장 활성화를 위한 원자료를 수집하였고, 상대적 중요도 설문지를 활용해서 전문가들이 평가한 도장 활성화 요인들 간 상대적 중요도를 평가하였다. 자료분석은 귀납적내용분석과 계층분석을 통해 이루어졌다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도장 활성화를 위한 요인은 일반요인 5개 세부요인 24개로 탐색되었다. 일반요인은 도장환경, 지도능력, 학부 모 관리, 수련생 관리, 프로그램으로 명명화 하였다. 둘째, 태권도장 활성화 구성 요인 간 상대적 중요도는 지도능력, 도장환경, 학부모 관리, 수련생 관리, 프로그램 순으로 나타났다. 일반요인 에 따른 세부요인의 상대적 중요도를 평가한 결과 지도능력는 솔선수범, 도장환경은 아파트 단 지, 학부모 관리는 모바일을 활용한 의사소통, 수련생 관리는 또래집단 이벤트, 프로그램은 인성 교육이 가장 중요한 요인으로 판정되었다.

The purpose of this study was to explore and develop relative important evaluation for activation of Taekwondo Academy. Participants were selected 310 taekwondo masters and preliminary instructors for opened-questionnaire. Another participants were 13 taekwondo specialist who were composed of both theory and practical experts for relative importance questionnaire. To get the result was used quantitative analysis and EC-2000 software. It is followed inductive content analysis and analytic hierarchy process. the conclusion as follows: First, factors of activation for taekwondo academy were explored 5 general factors and 24 detail factors. the general factors were named environment of academy, teaching ability, parents’management, trainee’s management, and program. Second, relative importance of activation for taekwondo academy was ordered teaching ability, environment of academy, parents’management, trainee’s management, and program. Relative importance of detail factors was ordered leading by example for teaching ability, located apartment for environment, communication with mobile phone for parents’ management, event of peer group for trainee’s management, and education of humanism for program.
