(6권 3호) 국가 체육지도자 자격제도 개편에 따른 WTA 태권도 사범 교육과정 개정 방안_손천택ㆍ박정준ㆍ고문수ㆍ박정호

이 연구는 국가 체육지도자 자격제도 개편에 따라 WTA 태권도 지도자 교육과정에서 태권도 사범 교육과정을 새롭게 정비하고, 태권도학 비전공자들을 위한 준 사범교육과정을 개발하여 교육과정의 실효성을 높이는 방안을 마련하는 데 목적이 있다. 현행 WTA 지도자 교육과정, 태권도 교육과정 선행 연구, 태권도학과 교육과정 분석과 전문가 면담으로 수집한 자료를 토대 로 WTA 태권도 사범 교육과정을 개발하였다. 1단계에서는 교육과정 개발 이론을 검토하여 WTA의 역할과 기능에 적합한 교육과정개발 모형을 선정하였다. 2단계에서는 WTA 태권도지도 자 및 태권도학과 교육과정을 분석하였다. 3단계에서는 1단계와 2단계의 분석을 토대로 준사범 교육과정, 국내·외 2급 태권도 사범 교육과정, 국내·외 1급 태권도 사범 교육과정, 최고사범 교육과정을 개발하였으며, 그 개정 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학과 현장을 연계하는 점이지대 로서 실제적 패러다임을 지향하였다. 둘째, 태권도학의 이론과 실기를 바탕으로 교과목을 재구 조화하였다. 셋째, 교육대상 및 수준에 따라 교육내용을 계열화하였다. 넷째, 교육시수를 확대하 거나 현실에 맞게 축소하였다. 다섯째, 국가 체육지도자 자격제도 변경에 따라 태권도 사범의 급수를 1~2급으로 축소 조정하였다.

The purpose of this study was to revise WTA Taekwondo instructor' programs, develop curriculum for non-Taekwondo majors who are preparing to be associate instructors and improve effectiveness of referee and judge education that is operated in association with Taekwondo instructor education. In addition, in this study, a program for WTA subjects was designed. The Revised WTA Taekwondo instructor program developed in this study was based on literature review, open-ended questions, and expert consultation. Specifically, in the first stage, previous research on curriculum development was reviewed with respect to roles and functions of WTA, in order to select a curriculum development model. In the second stage, WTA Taekwondo instructors and department of Taekwondo studies curriculum were analyzed. In the third stage, based on analysis in the first and second stages, four programs of associate Taekwondo instructor course, level-2 Taekwondo instructor course for Koreans and foreigners, level-1 Taekwondo instructor course for Koreans and foreigners, and top-level instructor course was developed considering five essential particulars. First, programs are developed on the basis of practical paradigm connecting department of Taekwondo studies with  Taekwondo gymnasium. Second, subjects for each program are restructured on the basis of Taekwondo theory and practice. Third, educational contents are sequenced according to education targets and levels. Fourth, Lesson hours are increased or reduced in consideration of reality. Fifth, grades of Taekwondo instructors are reduced to 1~2 grade under the influence of reformed national coaching certification system.
