제7회 KEI 대학(원)생 국제환경논문공모전
국무총리실 산하 정부출연 연구기관인 한국환경정책ㆍ평가연구원(KEI)이 지속가능한 사회 구현 및 기후변화 대응을 비롯한 다양한 국제적 환경이슈에 관하여 국내외 대학(원)생들의 참신하고 융합적인 사고가 담긴 우수한 논문을 공모합니다. 관심 있는 학생들의 많은 참여 바랍니다.
<논문공모전 개요>
□ 접수기간
2015년 8월 3일(월) ~ 9월 4일(금) 18시까지
□ 응모자격
- 내외국인 모두 논문 제출일 기준으로 국내외 대학 또는 대학원에 재적 중이거나 2015년 졸업자
- 공동 연구(최대 3인 이내)인 경우, 모든 저자가 위의 자격을 갖추어야 함(예: 공동저자로 교수가
포함된 경우는 응모자격 미달)
<논문작성 및 제출>
□ 응모분야
환경 분야 연구를 대상, 지속가능발전목표(Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs or Post-2015),
신기후체제(Post-2020), 환경정보, 환경보건, 환경경제, 기후변화, 환경관리 및 환경평가, 생활환경
등
□ 논문작성방법
- 한글 또는 MS워드 프로그램 사용
- 국문논문은 참고문헌을 포함하여 A4 용지 10매 이상 20매 이하
- 영문논문은 단어 5,000자 이하로 참고문헌은 별도
- 세부사항은 첨부된 원고작성요령 파일을 참조할 것
□ 제출서류
- 논문 전문 1부(우편접수 시 논문 전문을 담은 CD 첨부)
- 재적증명서 또는 졸업증명서 1부
- 지도교수 추천서 1부

□ 시상내역
- 수상자 발표/시상식 : 2015년 10월 23일(금) / 2015년 11월 13일(금)
- 최우수상(1편) : KEI 원장상 및 상금 300만 원
- 우 수 상(2편) : KEI 원장상 및 상금 200만 원
- 장 려 상(4편) : KEI 원장상 및 상금 100만 원
* 시상일은 본원의 사정에 의해 변경될 수 있음
* 심사기준에 미달될 경우 당선작이 없을 수 있음
□ 유의사항
- 응모 논문은 학술지 등 타 간행물 미발표 논문이어야 함
- 심사기준에 미달될 경우 당선작이 없을 수 있음
- 표절이 확인될 경우 자격이 박탈되거나 수상이 취소됨
- 수상작을 타 학회지 등에 투고 시 “제7회 KEI 대학(원)생 국제환경논문공모전” 수상작임을 명시

The 7th KEI Student Paper Competition
Korea Environment Institute, a government-funded research institution under the Office of Prime Minister, is calling for papers on international issues related to environment, climate change, and sustainable development. Papers can be submitted by both domestic and international students in first university degree or graduate school programme.
Submission Period
August 3, 2015~September4, 2015 (All entries must be submitted by 6PM KST)
Entry Requirements
Applicants must be, at the time of application, either ENROLLED in a first university degree or graduate school programme, or a recent graduate (in 2015). Co-authored papers are permitted (max. 3 co-authors). ONLY student-authored papers are eligible for competition.
Topics
Topics should be within the broader scope of environment, including subjects but not limited to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs or Post-2015), Climate Change(Post-2020), environmental informatics, environmental health, environmental economics, climate change, environmental management, environmental impact assessment, and living environment.
Awards
Award Announcement / Ceremony : October 23, 2015 / November 13, 2015
1 KEI President Award: 3,000,000 KRW and a certificate from KEI president
2 KEI Honorable Mentions: 2,000,000 KRW and a certificate from KEI president
4 KEI Finalists: 1,000,000 KRW and a certificate from KEI president
* For all award winners outside Korea, travel expenses to attend the ceremony will be replaced by the prize and will
NOT be reimbursed. Also, those who do not attend the ceremony will ONLY receive a certificate.
Submission Guidelines
1. Papers must be written either in English or Korean. They must be the author’s original work and not previously published.
2. Completed papers (English) should be a maximum of 5,000 words in length not including references, appendixes (double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12pt font, 1 inch margin) and utilize the guidelines used by the Chicago Manual of Style.
3. A cover letter from a faculty member should be included with each entry, verifying your graduate or undergraduate status and original contribution. Also, all applicants should submit an official certification letter that verifies the enrollment status.
4. All papers must be submitted in MS Word or PDF format, preferably in electronic format. Please email all relevant documents to parksi@kei.re.kr
