A significance of this study is to provide the findings as a data for Taekwondo majors’ career education and guidance through knowing the structural relationship of their major satisfaction, learning persistence, career goal orientation, and employment preparation capability. The researchers set the 220 third and fourth-year Taekwondo major undergraduates as the research participants. For the analyses, frequency analysis, EFA, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, CFA, SEM was performed by SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The verifications of hypotheses have done after the ascertained validity of research model, and the researchers found out the some facts. Firstly, major satisfaction is a positively influential factor in learning persistence. Secondly, major satisfaction is a positively influential factor in career goal orientation. Thirdly, major satisfaction is a positively influential factor in employment preparation capability. Fourthly, learning persistence is a positively influential factor in employment preparation capability. Lastly, career goal orientation is a positively influential factor in employment preparation capability. Therefore, increasing major satisfaction could help to increase the employment rate of Taekwondo majors.
